Ace Container Group AU delivers throughout Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and selected remote locations. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and product specifications.

  • Orders are processed after payment has been received and cleared.

  • Standard processing time is typically 1–5 business days for stocked products.

  • Custom-built, modified, or special-order containers may require additional manufacturing and preparation time.

  • Customers will be notified of estimated lead times at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on product type and delivery location:

Container Deliveries

For shipping containers, portable buildings, and large storage units:

  • The customer must ensure adequate site access before delivery.

  • Delivery vehicles require sufficient clearance and safe access to the delivery location.

  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for placement on private or public property.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to site access restrictions, additional transport or redelivery charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect goods upon delivery.

If any damage, defects, or discrepancies are identified:

  1. Note the issue on the delivery receipt.

  2. Take clear photographs.

  3. Notify Ace Container Group AU within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Ace Container Group AU is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Road closures

  • Industrial action

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Failed Deliveries

  • The customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time.

  • Incorrect delivery information has been provided.

  • Special equipment is required but was not disclosed at the time of order.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the nominated delivery address.
